I wear these to sweaty hot power yoga classes. They don’t budge and sculpt and compress while still being flexible. I will say I wore them to a deep stretch class and they were too compressive for that (maybe size up if you wanted them for a deep stretch situation) but for active movement and everyday my regular size is perfect.
